Haitna is now one of the top 50 best workplaces in Austin!
The award has been conferred by Built In Austin, an online community for startups and tech companies.
The community considered two parameters -- Compensation and Employer Benefits -- for the award.
For the former, the community compared the median percentile for Haitna employees' salaries with the rest of the companies in Austin.
For the latter, Build In Austin checked how Haitna fares at the following six things.
They are:
Haitna is not your typical digital marketing company. We rely on cold, hard data to lay out the marketing strategies for our clients. We provide thoughtful solutions for our clients' needs.
Our tribe of experts has helped countless businesses become memorable brands. We constantly self-evaluate and get rid of things that do not add value to today's contexts.
Our tribe is a fantastic combination of veterans and some curious kids. At the same time, the latter experiment with strategies to find new avenues to market your business, and the former guide them by being a flambeau.
And did we mention that we are as obsessed with success as you are?

A few years ago, the University of Oxford conducted a study among 1,800 workers for six months to find the relation between happiness and work productivity.

The results were impressive.
Yes. The happy workers were 13% more productive than the dissatisfied ones.
A good work culture allows humor and fun. It is not always target-oriented.
Because stress hampers your true potential, you have to allow your employees to embrace a laid-back attitude occasionally. When employees are stress-free, they tend to deliver better results.
You can understand the above claim by taking a good look at the impact of work songs on productivity.
Bright HR, a Human Resource software provider, surveyed 2,000 employees across the UK. The study found that having fun at the office does not compromise productivity but improves it.
Companies spend fortunes to up their productivity. Lesser they know that they can improve productivity just by creating a welcoming and good work culture.
The engagement has a substantial impact on any organization's productivity. The more employees are invested in a project, the higher the chances for quick results.
Boredom, negative energy, lack of enthusiasm and recognition, non-inclusiveness, rigidity, and no room for humor are the enemies of engagement.
Good work culture has zero tolerance for the factors described above. And when these negative influences are made to stand outside your workplace, productivity will surge eventually.
Your company's performance is directly proportional to the retention of good employees. Do you know why employees leave their job and hop on another one?
Though pay plays a vital role in retaining an employee, there is something else one considers more than that. It is appreciation.
Let's accept it. Everyone wants a pat on the back now and then. It does not matter if you are a CEO or a security guard. People need appreciation, period.
A positive work environment never fails to appreciate a productive employee. And it does not do it within a cubicle. Instead, it calls everyone to the heart of the office and opens its heart.

Have you ever taken a peep at the websites of data companies such as Glassdoor and Ziprecruiter?
You will see furious employees giving vent to their frustration. No. We are not talking about badmouthing. It is their genuine dissatisfaction.
On the other hand, happy employees tend to leave positive reviews about their company on such platforms. When your work culture is exceptional, it is natural for your employees to talk about the good side of your company.
This, in turn, will positively influence the employees of other companies and attract competent ones towards you.

If your workplace is lifeless, your employees are going to be lifeless too. But if it has a good work culture, ideas are going to pour in.
